Executive AssistantJob Title: Executive AssistantLocation: Bethesda, MDSchedule: Full-time, 9AM-5PM, 100% in-officePay Rate: $75K-$85KJob ResponsibilitiesManage an active calendar of appointments, complete expense reports, and arrange complex travel plans.Act as a gatekeeper for C-level executives, ensuring their schedules are followed and respected.Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments and manage special projects.Draft and prepare correspondence, including confidential documents, and ensure successful completion of deliverables under deadline pressures.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, including the distribution of materials and recording minutes.Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.Oversee office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing facilities.Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences.Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executives.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years supporting C-level executives.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive problem-solving skills with strong decision-making capability.High level of emotional maturity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated ability to meet high-performance goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
