Job Description: Plumbing & Bath Manufacturer is seeking a Raleigh-based Territory Sales Manager to expand our product lines across the Carolinas. What You Will Do: The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a defined geographic area. You will drive market share by managing luxury kitchen and bath showrooms, building relationships with high-end custom home builders, and securing product specifications with the local Architectural & Design (A&D) community. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting virtual and in-person sales meetings, and presenting product solutions that align with client needs.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships. Candidates should possess solid sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, to achieve revenue and growth targets. Candidates should possess sales management skills to manage a territory, forecast results, and organize activities for maximum impact. Candidates should possess training skills to effectively educate customers and team members on product offerings and best practices. Relevant qualifications include experience in territory or field sales, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong analytical skills for interpreting market and customer data are beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.3 to 7 years of outside sales, specification sales, or showroom management experience is preferred Understanding of decorative plumbing, luxury hardware, or interior design is preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory is a must
