ThrIVe Drip Spa is a lifestyle wellness spa that specializes in IV Vitamin Therapy. Spa Consultants are key to the success of ThrIVe Drip Spa. As a Spa Consultant, you will: handle client interactions, perform daily operations and support the staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a strong and positive work ethic.  Main Job Duties· Provide information and education to clients on Spa services· Provide a high-level service to clients· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendliness· Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival· Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation· Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships· Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed· Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance Requirements  • Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude• Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and want to be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people• Develop the skills required to complete the sales process• Client service experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualities Needed for Success · Customer Service Skills· Organizational Skills· Be a high energy employee that can switch tasks frequently· Attention to detail· Ability to fill out documentation records as needed in a timely fashion· Ability to work in a safe manner and obey company policies
