About the role

About Let’s Get Dressed Let’s Get Dressed is a fashion media company built around a simple idea: we all get dressed every day — and what we wear plays a role in how we show up. Hosted by fashion journalist and TV host Liv Perez, Let’s Get Dressed explores the business of getting dressed, from personal style and shopping to trends, taste, culture, and the industry shaping what we wear. Through podcast episodes, YouTube, newsletter, and social content, the platform brings together designers, founders, stylists, editors, executives, and cultural voices for conversations that make fashion feel smart, personal, approachable, and connected to real life. About the Role Let’s Get Dressed is looking for a Social Media & YouTube Producer to help bring the brand to life across social and video. This person will support both the creative and executional sides of the business: capturing social content in studio, creating and posting platform‑native content, editing YouTube videos, and managing the distribution of episodes and clips across YouTube and social platforms. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands fashion, social media, YouTube, and internet culture — and knows how to take a strong conversation, outfit, trend, or behind‑the‑scenes moment and turn it into content that feels elevated, engaging, and true to the Let’s Get Dressed voice. What You’ll Do Capture social‑first content during studio shoots, podcast recordings, guest interviews, and other Let’s Get Dressed content moments Create short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms Identify strong moments from podcast episodes and studio recordings and turn them into clips, hooks, captions, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and social posts Edit YouTube videos, including full episodes, clips, Shorts, and other video formats as needed Manage YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists, chapters, end screens, and publishing schedules Support YouTube growth and distribution strategy across long‑form video, clips, Shorts, and community features Execute day‑to‑day social posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Write captions, hooks, titles, and copy that feel smart, stylish, personal, and platform‑native Help build and manage the social content calendar around podcast launches, guest moments, fashion weeks, trend stories, brand partnerships, and recurring content franchises Track performance across social and YouTube and bring ideas for what to test, improve, repeat, or retire Maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity across all social and video channels Organize assets, links, files, edits, captions, thumbnails, and publishing plans so the workflow stays clear and efficient Requirements Experience creating social and/or video content for a media brand, creator, podcast, fashion/lifestyle brand, publication, or editorial platform Strong video editing skills in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools Experience with podcast, YouTube, or interview‑based video content Familiarity with YouTube Studio, including uploads, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, Shorts, and distribution Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — especially how content should be packaged differently for each platform Strong taste and a clear interest in fashion, style, culture, and digital media Comfort capturing content in studio and spotting moments that will work on social Ability to write captions, hooks, titles, and copy that capture a brand voice without sounding generic Strong organizational skills and comfort managing calendars, assets, links, edits, and publishing workflows Ability to move quickly while still caring about quality, polish, and taste Comfort supporting sponsored content and brand partnership deliverables Los Angeles‑based or able to be in studio for content days as needed Details Role: Social Media & YouTube Producer Location: Los Angeles strongly preferred Type: Part‑time, freelance, or contract to start, with potential to grow Schedule: Must be available for in‑person studio/content days as needed Start date: As soon as possible Compensation $4,000–$6,500/month, depending on experience, scope, and weekly hours. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
