Location: NYC - Midtown - 5 days in Family office is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of its New York office and support two investment professionals. Newly established office with the opportunity to help build it from the ground up.
Responsibilities: Heavy calendar management across multiple time zones Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and related expense processing Coordinate meeting logistics, materials and technology setup Serve as point-person for office operations, vendors and building management Oversee kitchen, supplies and general office upkeep Back-up coverage for other executives as needed Manage mail, onboarding/offboarding and office safety protocols
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional, fast-paced environment Financial services industry experience preferred Expert in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Salesforce Self-starter with sound judgment and discretion
