The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the property manager in day-to-day operations of select commercial properties and/or executive suites. Duties include coordinating service requests, communicating with tenants, managing rental agreements, and supporting the Property Manager by improving office operations and procedures. The Assistant Property Manager will be an integral member of the property team and a point of contact for tenant inquiries.QualificationsAdministrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skillsExcellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.Clerical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePositive attitude and willingness to learn and adaptBachelors Degree is preferredReal Estate license preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills to tackle issues in both routine and complex situations.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests as needed.ResponsibilitiesTenant communication and lease administrationAccounts receivable and collectionsVendor communication and project managementAccounts payable assistant to code and approving invoicesAssist with budget preparationAssist with owner communicationAssist with monthly reportingAdministrative assistanceProject management assistanceTrack COIs and assist with risk managementBenefits include 401K, Medical, dental, and vision insuranceExperience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus.
