We are seeking an experienced leader who can maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all pre-owned vehicle sales operations
Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives
Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance
Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development
Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results
Qualifications:
Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
Luxury automotive experience preferred; luxury experience is a plus
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals
