Project ManagerAlphaGraphics Lehigh Valley a full service design, printing, signage, direct mail, fulfillment and promotional product company is seeking a Project Manager who will also be integral in supporting Sales Executives to meet our team goals. We have an incredible client roster we have stuck with them and they have stuck with us and now we're looking to plug in a solid new employee who loves to work, loves to smile, knows how to stay organized and is eager to manage exciting projects from start to finish.Some of the core responsibilities listed below:Develop a detailed knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricingMaintains a professional appearanceEnsure all clients have a positive customer experienceCan easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and servicesConsults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunitiesCaptures customer's specifics using "Job Analysis" questionsAsks probing questionsReviews customer's proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick upCreates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracyRoutinely resolves customer inquiries and complaintsDisplays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectivelyMaintains current pricing strategies and customer billing proceduresAn AlphaGraphics Project Manager performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:Assists in updating the mailing list databaseAssists sales rep functions and inside production when requestedFollows up and manages Inbound LeadsFollows up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailingsKeep customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production processShows proficiency in regular use of CRM toolsEffectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiriesProject Manager Qualifications:Account Management experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plusPossesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processesHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerStrong analytical skillsExcellent writing and verbal skillsProfessional appearance and decorumStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
