We are looking for a master multi-tasker with good communication skills, attention to detail, and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and assisting with any duties needed around the office.Duties and Responsibilities:Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering suppliesTranscribing minutes from meetings/conference calls into actions and follow up for completion or escalations accordinglyMaintaining SOPs and working instructions to ensure they are always up to date and distribute accordingly between the team both onshore and offshoreChecking invoice portal and maintaining follow ups on outstanding invoices with operatorsMaking travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel/restaurant reservationsFollowing up on meeting tasks and completionVendor Management documentation, reporting and scorecards are updated by both the vendors and distributed between the Management teamOrganizing and preparing meeting schedules for various departmentsEducational background / Work experience:Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experienceData entry experienceWorking knowledge of general office equipmentSkills & Competencies:Excellent organization and computer skillsAttention to detailDesire to be proactive and create a positive experience for othersAbility to work to deadlines, frequent changes and new prioritiesGood communications skills, and ability to work in a team environmentProficient in use of Microsoft applications.
