About the role
Position Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Greater Seattle Area
Job Description:
Develop client-centric search strategies and action plans, while building/maintaining a proprietary talent database. Source candidates through internal talent pools and external channels, conduct competency-based interviews. Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate client-candidate interview logistics. Manage offer negotiations, background verification processes, and post-placement onboarding support. Monitor talent market trends through industry summit participation and mapping exercises.
Requirements:
Fluent in both Chinese and English. Candidates who are sophomores or juniors and major in Human Resource Management or business‑related fields are highly preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal aptitude with commitment to HR career development. Growth mindset with proven communication skills, self-motivation, and deferred gratification orientation. Ethical practitioner with demonstrated resource mobilization capabilities.
