As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.

Requirements: Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Minimum 5 years leadership experience Previous experience working in food production is preferred Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations. Maintain consistent communication between the customer, coworkers, and management at all times Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
