Overview: We are seeking a Temporary Associate Designer to join our Outlet Design team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Designer to bring our signature #EDSFTG style to life across both apparel and accessory categories. From building technical tech packs and recoloring print artwork to organizing seasonal design libraries and keeping cross-functional reviews running smoothly, you will play an integral part in delivering high-quality, brand-right product to our Outlet customers. If you are a detail-oriented design creative with strong Adobe Illustrator skills, a passion for product development, and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to have you on the team.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior Designer with the development and execution of seasonal product assortments both in apparel and accessories categories. Create, update, and maintain detailed technical tech packs for apparel styles. Recolor existing prints and patterns to align with seasonal color palettes and merchandising needs. Develop and revise Illustrator sketches and technical detail sheets. Prepare print and colorway options for design reviews and cross-functional meetings. Assist with print strike-off, color approval, and artwork approval processes to ensure accuracy and production readiness. Update artwork, trims, and construction details based on design feedback and fit comments. Organize and maintain design files, seasonal libraries, and artwork documentation. Support sample review preparation, presentation boards, and design documentation as needed. Help ensure consistency across Outlet product by following brand standards and design direction.

What you Bring: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience creating apparel tech packs and technical flats. Understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, color, print, and product development. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Experience: Experience supporting apparel design teams in retail, specialty, or outlet businesses. Knowledge of print development, color management, and graphic execution. Familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.
