About the role

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across New Jersey with a flexible hybrid schedule. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. The position includes paid training and a BCBA mentorship program, with compensation of $55–$70 per hour, no minimum or maximum caseload, and no non-compete
