About the role

Powell is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for North America. You will partner with the Sales team to drive growth across the US and Canada, owning the technical win by combining deep Microsoft 365 expertise with discovery, storytelling, and practical solution design. You translate business needs into architectures, engage IT, HR, security and executives, and help build Powell’s presence through demos, assets, and active participation in digital workplace communities.
