Job Description: THE ROLEAs an Outside Sales Representative at Veterans Roofing, you're the face of our company. You'll meet homeowners at their kitchen table, conduct thorough exterior inspections, and guide them through the most important investment they'll make in their home. This is a performance-driven role where your effort directly determines your income — and your career trajectory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Conduct in-home exterior inspections and assessments for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doorsBuild and maintain relationships with homeowners, educating them on products, processes, and financing optionsGenerate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and community networking while receiving company-generated leadsDeliver interactive sales presentations using our proven process and technology suiteWork closely with the production team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfactionParticipate in weekly sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetingsMaintain accurate records in AccuLynx and follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycleWHAT YOU BRINGExcellent communication skills — you're comfortable speaking with anyone, anywhereSelf-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented with a strong work ethicValid driver's license and reliable transportation (you'll be on the road daily) Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs during inspectionsCoachable with a passion for learning — we'll train you on products and processPrior sales or construction experience is a plus, but not required — we hire for attitude and train for skillVeterans and military spouses strongly encouraged to applyCOMPENSATIONUncapped commission with base draw.
