Aerospace Welder

Responsibilities: Perform welding, cutting, and brazing using MIG, TIG, and hand welding equipment Plan work order procedures, gather tools, and prepare materials following specifications Repair and fabricate equipment using cutting, burning, and welding techniques Monitor welding to prevent overheating, distortion, and damage to parts Prepare, assemble, and tack weld parts and surfaces accurately Maintain and organize welding equipment and work area Notify supervisor of faulty equipment or defective materials Lead small welding teams ensuring productivity and safety compliance Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise fabrication Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds as required

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of welding experience Completion of a formal welding apprenticeshipCWI Weld Certification Ability to weld vertical, flat, and overhead components Strong manual dexterity and close-range vision for precision work Must be a U.S. Citizen
