About the role

Shopper Marketing Associate Our client, a large retailer, is seeking a Shopper Marketing Associate to develop and execute shopper-focused marketing programs that drive store traffic, customer engagement, loyalty, and sales. This role will lead in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, vendor-funded initiatives, loyalty programs, and community activations while partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns across in-store, print, digital, social, and loyalty channels. Create promotions and activations that increase traffic, sales, customer engagement, and basket size. Partner with vendors, merchandising teams, store operations, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Develop shopper-facing content, signage, promotional materials, and campaign communications. Support store events, seasonal programs, and community engagement initiatives. Manage marketing budgets, vendor-funded programs, and campaign execution. Monitor shopper trends, competitive activity, and retail marketing best practices to optimize performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related role. Experience with in-store promotions, retail media, social media, events, and advertising. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and strategic with a hands-on approach. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging customer experiences, building strategic partnerships, and driving measurable business results through innovative shopper marketing programs.
