We are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of a premier content subscription service. In this exciting position, you will directly impact the success of groundbreaking shows, movies, and documentaries by ensuring robust financial management, strategic budgeting, and efficient operational support. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing compelling stories to life and delighting millions of viewers globally, contributing to the financial health and strategic direction of innovative projects. Responsibilities Provide strategic operational support for the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices across global communications, talent, and events initiatives. Manage timely financial reporting and analyze actuals versus budget cost reports to ensure accuracy and quickly resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Finance, Travel, Business Affairs, and Legal, in the creation and vetting of budgets, strategically resolving issues to ensure efficient processes. Assist in the contract review and cost analysis process in conjunction with Finance and Procurement departments. Manage the setup of vendors and external partners in collaboration with Procurement. Create compelling financial presentations for various stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic billing and purchase order development and execution within the entertainment industry. Proven track record of tracking budgets and financial planning. Ability to determine resources, track costs, and establish effective partnerships across various internal content creation divisions. Proactive thinker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience presenting to executives or senior leadership. Background in the entertainment industry. Compensation The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75.35/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
