Job Description: Precision Auto Works of LIC, located in Queens, has a full-time Estimator position available. A NYS appraiser's license is required.
Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email. Writing estimates and supplements in CCC.Ordering parts. Meeting with Adjusters. Creating and maintaining highly professional industry, insurance/DRP relationships. Job Scheduling. Cost containment/job profit maximization. Willing to commit to employer sponsored continuous education as needed to learn and stay up to date with OEM repair procedures. Ability to negotiate. Communicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle orientation process. Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management through appropriate channels when needed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs. High attention to detail.
