About the role
PHNX Materials in the United States is hiring its first Chief of Staff / Strategy & Operations to be the CEO's right hand. You will work with engineers, operators, and partners to move from pilot to commercial production, owning execution, site readiness, and deployment planning. This is a hands-on, non-support role; you will translate contracts into plans, drive weekly priorities, and build the operating cadence.
