The Equipment Operator position is critical as we build better communities. Here are some things you will do: Operate heavy equipment. This could be a trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, or dozer. Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors. Teach and direct our laborers Grease, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools. Be an amazing team member on an amazing team Additionally, we're looking for: Valid driver's license and clean MVR.Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.
