About the role
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVEHandle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing professional and efficient assistance while identifying customer needs. Respond to warm leads and pre-qualified customer inquiries, building rapport and guiding prospects through available products and services. Follow up with warm leads to answer questions, overcome objections, and move qualified prospects toward a purchase or next step. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, account details, and company policies. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs. Resolve customer concerns and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions, lead activity, and outcomes accurately within CRM and call-center systems. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales goals. Maintain professional communication and effectively manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer and prospect needs.
