In the near term this is a hands-on operational build. Over time, the CFO becomes the strategic finance voice on capital deployment, expansion economics, M&A, and positioning the platform for a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- Proven operational finance leadership as a CFO, VP Finance, or senior controller in a private equity-backed environment- Carve-out, stand-up, or transformation experience strongly preferred, including ERP implementation and TSA transition- Data center, colocation, or digital/mission-critical infrastructure experience strongly preferred- A through-the-windshield finance leader who is growth-oriented and strategic while rigorous on controls, close, and accuracy- Hands-on and resourceful, effective in a lean team where the CFO builds the function personally before scaling it- Experience supporting value-creation planning through to a sale or exit is a meaningful differentiator Compensation includes a competitive base salary and bonus with meaningful equity participation.#Executive Search #CFO #Data Centers #Private Equity #Digital Infrastructure
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
