About the role

Production Operator-2nd Shift Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator-2nd shift to join the team in Whitsett, NC. This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills. Primary Focus Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards. Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies. Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing. Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with detailed work instructions and safety protocols. Log production data and report any defects or process hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects. Perform material movements through integrated systems. Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or technical: Less than 1 year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
