About the role

Supporting daily research and finance operations in a remote full-time capacity, the Research Operations Analyst will manage pre- and post-award activities, assist with proposal preparation and financial reporting, and coordinate personnel actions for department staff. Key responsibilities:Manage pre- and post-award activities, including proposal development and submission Generate financial reports and support departmental budget preparation and planning Coordinate requested personnel actions, including onboarding and access management Required qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any discipline High School diploma or equivalent with 6-8 years of experience in research administration may substitute for minimum education requirements 2-3 years of related experience in business administration and administrative analysis
