Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to support system testing activities for enterprise applications and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating testing efforts, validating system functionality, managing defects, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
System Testing Support Coordinate and support end-to-end system testing activities, including UAT planning, test case creation, test execution, and progress tracking. Review business requirements and processes to ensure adequate test coverage. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to validate system functionality against documented requirements. Identify, document, track, and manage defects through to resolution. Escalate testing risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner. Support testing sign-off and readiness activities. Test Planning & Coordination Assist in defining and maintaining testing plans and schedules across multiple business units. Coordinate testing activities among internal teams, vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders. Ensure testing activities are aligned with project milestones and delivery timelines. Monitor testing progress and highlight potential delays or challenges. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track and report key testing metrics, including test execution status, defect resolution, compliance, and adoption measures. Prepare regular status reports highlighting testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain testing dashboards and documentation to provide visibility to stakeholders. Support leadership with accurate and timely updates on overall testing outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or UAT Coordination. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies. Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test execution plans. Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Test Rail, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application implementations. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. ISTQB certification is a plus. Experience working with Microsoft technologies and platforms is preferred.
