Winthrop Law Offices, P.A. is seeking an experienced Florida Family Law Attorney ready to grow with us. We are moving quickly: Connect this week → Interview this week → Potential offer within 7 days.
Compensation: $95,000–$140,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus a$5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.
Location: Remote day-to-day. Greater Tampa Bay is preferred; we also encourage candidates in Orlando, South Florida, and surrounding areas to apply. You must reside in Florida. The Role:
  • Independently manage Florida divorce, paternity, and family law cases from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
  • Maintain accurate billing records and meet deadlines
What We Are Looking For: Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar At least 3 years of substantial Florida family law experience Currently practicing family law Extensive knowledge of Florida family law, rules, and court procedures Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and writing skills Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to independently manage a busy caseload Based in Greater Tampa Bay (preferred), Orlando, or South Florida Interested?
