Pay:
$70,000 to $80,000 per year
Own the quality systems, audits, and supplier quality programs that keep a manufacturing operation performing at its best.
Must-Haves
5+ years of quality control engineering experience
Manufacturing environment experience
Strong knowledge of quality engineering and manufacturing processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple quality initiatives at once
What You'll Do:
Lead internal process audits and customer audits
Support PFMEA and PPAP activities
Conduct process readiness studies and build process flow diagrams
Manage supplier quality, supplier approvals, and SCAR processes
Oversee calibration, gauge studies, and Gage R&R
Review new contracts for quality requirements and manufacturing readiness
Review and approve manufacturing methods and develop standards
Analyze cost-of-quality data to drive improvement
Maintain quality systems and documentation
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience leading corrective action and nonconformance processes
