Blue Magma Residential is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to provide strategic and operational leadership over the company’s accounting and financial functions across a multi-property portfolio in Tampa, FL. You will partner with executives, operations teams, asset management, lenders and investors to deliver meaningful financial insight, oversee budgeting/forecasting, cash management, and internal controls, and ensure compliance with lender requirements and reporting obligations.
