About the role
Additional Project Manager Yardscapes Inc is looking to add an Additional Project Manager to our team. We are a 52-year-old company that services high-end projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. This Position is a key role between the Designer, Installation Crew, and client. You need 3-5 Years management experience, Good Communication, Computer skills. A valid Driver's License is required (CDL Preferred) with a clean driving record. This position is year-round, salary with benefits. You Must Have Landscape Construction Experience to apply. You must have knowledge of: Landscape construction: Hardscapes. Masonry. Swimming Pools. Softscapes. Irrigation. Low Voltage Lighting. Carpentry. Project Flow: Project Schedule. Project Budget. Subcontractors. Other Job Functions: Layout Of Project. Ordering materials for each site. Scheduling delivery of materials. Following up and monitoring completed projects. Accessing any warranty needs. Minimal Winter Services. Benefits Offered: Competitive Salary.
