Qualifications: A bachelor's degree, along with a strong academic background and 2-4 years of experience in financial markets, is required. Strong project management skills, the ability to balance short-term tasks with long-term objectives, and effective teamwork are essential. Prior experience in business development or client relations is advantageous.
