About the role
- Embed with creators and game teams to build, debug, and ship games on our engine
- Prototype new engine capabilities (gameplay systems, asset pipelines, agent workflows) and push the best ones to production
- Design and tune the prompts, agents, and evals that make generated games better and more reliable
- Turn field feedback into a clear roadmap with our CTOBuild internal tools that make every new creator faster than the last
- What you bring
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs or AI agents, through work, school, research, or side projects
- Solid Python and/or TypeScriptSome exposure to a game or rendering stack (Unity, Godot, or web), or the drive to learn one fast
- You enjoy talking to users as much as writing code
- A bias to ship: you would rather demo something rough on Friday than polish a spec for a month
- A game you built and released (game jam, side project, or commercial)
- Mobile development experience (iOS/Android)
- Spanish (we work across the US, Mexico, and Spain)A real love for games
- Location Remote, open to candidates based in New York State.
- Compensation $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and location within New York State.
