What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GEDAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and climb steps Must be able to wear a respirator, if required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment What You'll Do as a Machine Operator: Set up and operate machinery according to SOPs and specifications Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning Perform barcode scanning and tracking functions as needed Maintain housekeeping and safety standards Operate forklifts or tuggers as required Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Complete additional duties as assigned
