About the role
Koch Capabilities Finance seeks a Global Invoice to Pay (ITP) Operations Leader to drive delivery and transformation for Molex. This role serves as the single operational contact, translating priorities into a global approach and guiding regional teams.
You will lead via influence, set priorities, and shape strategy with Molex leaders to improve outcomes. In a matrix model you’ll manage regional leaders, drive performance metrics, and advance process transformation across the global ITP
