This hands‑on role blends creative vision with operational execution, owning projects end‑to‑end while supporting larger shows. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in live production, strong budgeting, crew coordination, and familiarity with playback software. The role follows a hybrid model based in Atlanta and requires travel about 15% of the time.
