Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, cash management, risk management, or related financial operations
- Experience with cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfort learning new financial systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams including accounting, payroll, and operational departments
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily cash management activities and support short-term and long-term cash forecasting efforts
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and help improve reporting accuracy and visibility
- Support banking administration activities, including account maintenance, documentation, and relationship management
- Assist with risk-related processes such as insurance administration, claims coordination, and compliance tracking
- Partner with internal stakeholders on financial projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting while ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements
