About the role
To support a growing data team, the remote Insights & Analytics Strategist will operationalize customer analytics data, deliver actionable insights for client accounts, and collaborate closely with agency teams to drive data-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Operationalize Customer Analytics data and build analysis pipelines for actionable insights
Deliver comprehensive client insights beyond financial performance, including account health signals and narratives
Work embedded within agency workflows to transform ad hoc requests into reliable, recurring analyses
Required qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an analytics or insights role, preferably in a client-facing or agency environment
Strong SQL skills with experience querying modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
Proven ability to convert unstructured data into structured, analyzable insights
Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to shape questions and drive action
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools for both internal and client-facing analysis
