Our Lot Patrol Security plays an important role at our parking facilities; providing continuous surveillance of the parking facility and reporting any suspicious activity. Pay Rate: $13 per hour with regular bonus opportunities What We Offer: Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Instant offers – standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interview Weekly paychecks, giving you faster access to your earned wages Regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible Consistent schedules For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefits For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Lot Patrol Security: Observe activities at the parking facility, including any issues with guest vehicles, trip hazards, etc. and report any suspicious activity to Management May maintain and monitor surveillance camera system inside office communicating with on-duty security Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area to answer questions and provide helpful information to guests Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required of Lot Patrol Security: High school education or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Valid driver’s license is required at all times Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
