Job Description: Job Description HVAC Installer / Service Technician Gregg Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC - Family-Owned & Growing! Gregg Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is looking for a motivated HVAC Installer/Service Technician to join our team! One day you might be installing a new furnace, and the next you could be servicing an existing system - no two days are the same. You'll interact with customers daily throughout our service areas, representing our company with professionalism and care. We're a family-owned company that values our employees, rewards initiative, and provides big opportunities for advancement and increased income. What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential HVAC installation and/or service
Organized, efficient, and able to solve problems independently
Professional, patient, and respectful communication with customers
Must live within 15 miles of our location for on-call and service response times

Competitive pay based on experience
Company vehicle provided after 90 days
Commissions: 5% on technician sales and 3% on service work
On-call rotation with 3 hours of OT pay for any call + time for parts
