Key Responsibilities:
  • Own U.S. brand strategy
  • Define positioning, localization and audience growth paths for Our Client’s own-brand portfolio.
  • Drive end-to-end campaigns
  • Lead campaigns from planning and creative direction through to channel execution across social, PR, influencers and retail.
  • Own the brand marketing budget
  • Plan spend, track ROI and deliver measurable brand-awareness outcomes.
  • Lead cross-channel coordination
  • Align Amazon, Costco, Target and DTC channels to create a unified brand experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Required 5+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, Supplements or Health & Wellness
  • Proven track record of building brands in the U.S. market
  • Hands-on experience owning and managing a brand marketing budget
  • Based in the U.S. with deep cultural fluency in U.S. consumer behavior
PreferredBig-brand or 4A agency background running U.S. campaignsU.S. retail partnership experience, including Costco, Target, etc. Based on the U.S. West Coast, preferably California or Washington Cross-border team or international HQ experience
