About the role

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Engineer with a strong foundation in industrial engineering and supplier management. You will analyze drawings, BOMs, and specs to evaluate supplier proposals, and drive cost modeling, VA/VE, and TCO analyses to inform sourcing decisions. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure supplier readiness, support NPI and ramp-up, and manage qualification activities including APQP-style processes.
