Deep expertise in experiential marketing, events, and integrated campaign ecosystems is required, as is a strong industry network and executive presence. The role demands a strategic, analytical, and operational leader with proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to commercial operations. Experience in organizational transformation and a familiarity with AI tools and emerging growth technologies are preferred.
