About the role

Administrative CoordinatorPrepare and format letters, presentations, reports, and proposals for the Sales team. Assist with filing and maintaining project documentation, including confidential materials. Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support internal communications. Review and verify department expense reports and timesheets for accuracy. Coordinate travel arrangements and track vacation schedules for the team. Assist with customer-facing activities such as organizing meetings, lunches, and events. Provide light administrative IT support as needed. Administer company uniform program and order safety equipment (PPE). Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with cross-functional visibility. Opportunity to grow into a long-term role (temp-to-perm potential). Dynamic role with varietyno two days look the same.High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office manager role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills with ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple stakeholders. Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and solve problems professionally.
