Responsibilities
Help maintain the day-to-day tactical execution for a high-level pharmaceutical client in the vaccines space.
Work will include (not limited to) developing and managing communications materials for disease education (unbranded) campaigns, including influencer and patient engagements, media relations, social media activations, and PR events.
Expected to understand the consumer influencer space, including contracts, vetting and working with spokespeople.
Expected to maintain contact and collaborate with day-to-day clients and multiple agency and vendor partners—including talent brokers, creative/production experts, third party organizations—driving projects forward efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
Role requires a strong communicator, writer and strategist, who is high energy, collaborative, and motivated to take on new responsibilities and learn new skillsets, who can work well within a large team and work directly with clients to solve problems and implement programs.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in healthcare communications
Interest in influencer, social media and media relations
Strong writing, and oral communications skills are critical
Strong project management skills, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planning, attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills, a proactive communicator, driven and self-motivated
High attention to detail, organization and experience managing up and down across fast paced account with large team
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
