Tax Analyst – Sales/Use Tax & Indirect Tax Start: Mid-October
Overview: We're seeking a Tax Analyst to support the tax team on a contract basis, with a primary focus on sales/use tax and 1099 compliance. This role offers a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
Responsibilities: Prepare and file sales and use tax returns across multiple jurisdictions Manage 1099 reporting, vendor validation, and year-end filing Support unclaimed property reporting and compliance Research tax questions and assist with general tax compliance needs Reconcile tax accounts and help with audits and notices
Qualifications: Hands-on experience with sales/use tax and 1099 compliance (required)Working knowledge of unclaimed property reporting Solid general tax knowledge Experience with Workday and/or Vertex is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
