$1249.50/week -Job Summary: The Human Resources Representative is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and compliant workforce.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for open positions. Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee relations initiatives and address HR-related inquiries. Administer benefits programs and assist with HR compliance. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance department efficiency.
Qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related fields. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferably have experience with payroll systems such as QuickBooks, Pay Choice, or Payroll Associates. Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
