About the role
Summary
The Team Manager leads and develops the store sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and elevate the client experience. This role provides oversight in the Director's absence, coaches and mentors team members, and drives client development and service excellence. The manager is accountable for operational efficiency, compliance, and delivering strong sales performance.
Responsibilities
Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets.
Assume oversight for the store when the Director is not present and provide visible management presence on the sales floor.
Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs to grow sales.
Lead and model exceptional client service, delivering memorable client experiences and acting on client feedback.
Attract, hire, train, coach, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance team.
Champion operational excellence, ensure back-of-house efficiency, and maintain compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Authorization to work in the United States.
College or university degree preferred.
