About the role

About the role: We're hiring a senior Program Senior Program Manager to work directly with our Associate Partner and lead US operations, growing our programs. This person will run our end-to-end startup and expansion programs, build and manage relationships with public sector partners (especially EDAs), and drive new business opportunities. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, already has a plugged-in network in NY/SF, and can operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on operator.
Salary Range: $130K - $150K per year
What you'll do: Sales & sales advisory: sourcing new business, partnerships, sponsors, closing deals, advising startups on GTM/sales strategy Programming: designing and running the 2–4 week startup/expansion programs, end to end Public sector & EDA partnerships: building and managing EDA relationships, government stakeholders Stakeholder management & alignment: corporates, investors, internal team coordination Org/process: reporting, structure, operations for the growing team Own end-to-end delivery of our startup and market-expansion programs (2–4 weeks, online and offline) - from design through execution and results Lead the launch and ongoing operations of our innovation centers, and help scope future locations Source, develop, and close new business opportunities - partnerships, sponsors, and program pipeline Build and manage relationships with public sector partners, particularly Economic Development Agencies (EDAs), at the state and local level Drive GTM strategy work for international startups expanding into the USAlign and manage multiple stakeholders - corporates, government, investors, and startups - often with competing priorities and timelines Represent SOSA in the NY and SF startup ecosystems, activating your existing network to generate leads and partnerships Bring structure and organization to a fast-growing team - process, reporting, and program operations What you'll bring 6+ years of experience, with a track record of increasing seniority Deep experience leading and building complex programs, ideally in the startup/innovation ecosystem Strong business development instincts - you can identify, pursue, and close new opportunities Track record running end-to-end startup and expansion programs Your own active network, plugged into the NY and/or SF startup ecosystems Experience working with corporates - either on the corporate side (in-house) or advising/partnering with them closelyGTM experience - you're a sharp sales leader at heart Proven ability to manage ambiguity, leverage networks, and align multiple stakeholders Highly organized, comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once
Nice to have: Experience working with the public sector, specifically EDAsExperience with fintech communities/ecosystems Experience working with VCs and family offices
