About the role

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote children’s social, physical, and cognitive growth, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. You’ll also build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
