About the role

Job Description: The Hotel Front Desk Team Leader will have minimal supervision. This role is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the front desk. The ideal candidate understands, appreciates, and embraces our vision, mission, and values. You will act as a leader who is a self-starter and understands the position requires 24-hour availability.
Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer complaints and queries with professionalism. Promoting and marketing the business. Inspect front desk and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. Communicate daily with team members to maintain high service standards and foster teamwork. Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to deliver excellent guest service.
Qualifications: Expert-level knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policies. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality1–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry preferred. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
